A sensory, social and deep listening happening.

Inspired by the Deep Listening of Pauline Oliveros, the sonic scores of Yoko Ono, alchemical and intuitive approaches to plant communion. This edition will also nod towards medieval lore and local history.

Part performance, part participatory. An invitation into sonic exchange with the rose, and collective bell twinkling. With artists Cath Colour Carver and Jude Montague.

Colour Carver is an artist, colour facilitator, producer, writer and DJ from London. Cath centres on colour, community, place, media, sound, participatory formats and socially engaged practice. Cath is the Founder of Colour Your City – an arts + research practice centred on colour and place, and COLOURWORXX – a colour adventure to elevate life, unfurling as an evolving hybrid format (part media, colour club, publisher). Cath’s favourite colour of roses are lilac.

Jude Montague is a sound artist, composer, and host-producer of Resonance FM show the NewsAgents since 2014. She is researching Baltic heritage and Latvian folklore. Jude’s favourite colour of roses are deep, deep velvet red, as her granddad had those sensual roses.
