Woman: Wonder what he’s muddling with in there… Yes, I’m watching the butcher’s window from the balcony. On the sly, with binoculars. So what? Well... well… I’ve got an idea.
(on phone)
Butcher: Hello?
Woman: Hello, is this “The Glutton” butcher’s shop?
Butcher: Yes...?
Woman: I’m calling from the “Sardegna Gourmet” magazine. I’m writing an article on the forgotten sweets of Sardinian peasant tradition. Can I ask you a few questions?
Butcher: Fine, but make it quick, I’m in the middle of something I can’t stop.
Woman: Have you ever made sanguinaccio?
Butcher: Look, miss, you don’t believe it, but I’m making it right now.
Woman: Like, this minute?
Butcher: Shame you’re not here, otherwise I’d show you how it’s done.
Woman: I live right across from the shop, if you want, I’ll come down, I’ll be there in a second.
Butcher: Yes, come, miss, come, come!
Woman: May I come in? Here I am. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
Man: I wonder what the butcher is doing. Well... well...

For Circuit 08, each fluxwork needed to:
Respond to the theme “Confection”
Last three minutes on the dot
Include a conversation with someone who you don’t know yet, and who lives or works within one mile (or kilometer) of where you live or work.
Mention chocolate or another sweet treat.
Incorporate an audible sonic fluctuation inspired by the chocolate-tempering process of repeated heating and cooling. (See video ) This fluctuation may be conveyed through volume, pacing, tone, language… or something else entirely.
